Jessy actively fosters a culture of lifelong learning, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and staff engagement.
Working closely with hospital leadership, department heads, and external partners, Jessy leads CME-accredited workshops, simulation-based training programs, and specialized clinical education events. Her leadership was prominently showcased when she co-hosted the International Modern Hospital Clinical Conference on Mechanical Ventilation, a landmark event that brought together healthcare professionals from across the UAE to strengthen advanced critical care knowledge. Through her work, Jessy successfully bridges clinical practice and education, empowering healthcare professionals and supporting IMH’s mission of advancing knowledge and inspiring high-quality care.
