Mr. Haitham began his career in emergency nursing and steadily advanced through senior leadership roles, including Head Nurse, Nurse Supervisor (Duty Manager), Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO), Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), and Clinical Operations Manager. His professional journey spans renowned healthcare organizations in the UAE and Kuwait, giving him broad exposure to diverse healthcare systems and patient populations. His areas of expertise include clinical governance, workforce planning, quality improvement, infection control, hospital bed management, budgeting, accreditation readiness, and multidisciplinary coordination.

In addition to his operational leadership, Mr. Haitham is a certified American Heart Association (AHA) instructor for BLS, Heart Saver, and Family CPR, having delivered more than 100 training programs for healthcare professionals and community participants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Al-Albayt University, Jordan, is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and is fluent in Arabic and English. Widely recognized for his integrity, decisive leadership, and mentorship, he remains deeply committed to nursing excellence, patient safety, and continuous professional development across the hospital.
