Throughout his career, Dr. Pakkal has successfully overseen Medical Directors, Chief Operating Officers, and senior leadership teams across marketing, strategy, branding, and communications. His ability to balance clinical insight with business acumen has enabled him to manage hospital top-line growth, profitability, and governance while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Dr. Pakkal holds an MBBS from GR Medical College, India, and began his career in both private and public hospitals in New Delhi before relocating to the UAE. His leadership journey includes senior roles such as General Manager at NMC Royal Hospital (formerly Al Zahra Hospital), Sharjah, Chief Operating Officer at Medicare Hospital, Sharjah, and Director of Operations at Zulekha Hospitals in Dubai and Sharjah. He also served as CEO of International Modern Hospital from 2014 to 2018 and was honored with the Best CEO Award in 2018 by His Excellency Humaid Qatami and Health Magazine, recognizing his outstanding contribution to healthcare leadership in the UAE.
