Dr. Shameer Hameed is a highly respected Consultant Urologist with over 20 years of extensive clinical experience across India and the UAE. He completed his MBBS in 1995 from Sri Devaraj Medical College, Kolar, followed by an MS in General Surgery from Coimbatore Medical College in 2000. He later pursued MCh in Genito-Urinary Surgery from the prestigious Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram in 2004, establishing a strong academic and surgical foundation in urology. His international exposure includes advanced laparoscopic surgery training in Strasbourg, France (2012) and a Fellowship in Sexual Medicine from the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (ECSM) in 2014.

Dr. Shameer has held senior leadership roles at renowned multi-specialty hospitals, notably serving as Senior Consultant and Head of the Urology Department at Lourdes Hospital, Kochi. His career reflects a consistent commitment to clinical excellence, education, and mentorship, having trained and guided junior doctors while delivering high-quality urological care. His pursuit of continual professional development includes advanced training in laparoscopic, robotic, female urology, and aeromedical urology, enabling him to address complex and specialized urological conditions with precision.
